Apcalis SX is an effective drug for treatment of erectile dysfunction. It contains Tadalafil as an active substance which is a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5). When sexual stimulation causes local release of nitric oxide, inhibition of PDE 5 by Apcalis SX increases levels of cGMP in the cavernous body of penis. Thus arterial smooth muscles relax and blood flows to the tissues of the penis that causes erections. Apcalis SX improves erection and lets achieve a successful sexual intercourse. The drug has been clinically proven to work up to 36 hours.

Dosage and direction
This drug is sold without a prescription but you should not use it without consulting your doctor first. After Apcalis SX is taken, the effect can be reached within 30 minutes - 1 hour period and persists up tot 36 hours. Apcalis SX is available in 20 mg. The recommended dose is no more then one pill of 20 mg per day.
